Short Title: Right to Use Contraception Act

The General Assembly of Virginia enacts the following:​

The Right to Contraception

A person has the right to obtain contraceptives and to engage in contraception, and a health care provider has a corresponding right to provide contraceptives, contraception, and information related to contraception. These rights may not be infringed upon. 

​

"Birth control" shall not be considered abortion for this bill. This bill does not force any entity to pay for contraceptives.
